Q. What can I expect at Weston’s Event or Workshop?
A. Weston’s events are opportunities to learn and grow! They are also fun, creative and interactive. Many people are anxious to participate with questions which are always encouraged while others enjoy learning by listening. Q. What’s the difference between an Event and a Retreat?
A. Weston Jolly's Events and Workshops are presented on location in a city near you. Retreats are very concentrated themed events that are held at special locations usually lasting 2+ days. For example, Weston Jolly’s Sedona Retreat is a 2 ½ day weekend held in exclusive locations in Sedona, Arizona. Weston also host’s Retreats in Hawaii and other locations too!
Q. Who attends Weston’s Events or Workshops?
A. People come from every way of life, background and spiritual or religious belief. Some travel over three hours to attend one of his speaking events. You may find Weston’s speaking and energy to be truly transformational. Those in attendance are diverse in every way yet everyone seems to share a common element. This awareness is seen or even felt while attending one of Weston’s events.
Q. Can I come alone?
A. Certainly! Some people don’t know anyone before attending. However, this usually changes during the Event when everyone is shaking hands, hugging or exchanging phone numbers. Come open to meet “family”, true friends and even soul mates. (Many close friends have been created at our functions…from our perspective this is to be expected!)
Q. Can I have a personal session with Weston at an Event or Workshop?
A. Weston has often created limited in-person appointment times in coming to a city. However, as Weston continues to become busier and busier availability for in-person sessions will probably become more and more limited. Check the Events page, his appointment calendar or ask! If he is coming to your local area and is offering in-person sessions it’s best to create your appointment before his visit to ensure his availability and your appointment. Now your can make your personal appointment with Weston Jolly on-line selecting the exact date and time.
Q. Can I purchase Weston’s books and CD’s at the event?
A. Yes. And time permitting , Weston will gladly sign your books.
Q. Do you take checks?
A. Unfortunately no, not without taking all the information of your credit card as a backup. Cash, Money Orders or most credit cards can be used. If you have a previously established relationship in attending one of Weston’s events or a personal session then only as an exception but we still prefer the above methods for expediency.
Q. I’d like to bring a group of friends can I?
A. Sure! Groups are always encouraged to come! For example, co-workers, friends, brothers/sisters, and even larger family groups.

Q. I’ve heard a lot about your Retreats. What makes them so special?
A. Our Retreats are designed to be super fun and intensive. Intensively powerful yet not heavy. The reason that we pick these locations is to incorporate various parts of the Retreat area into our function. Most often we meet in exclusive areas that give us privacy in the most awesome surroundings. Incorporating the natural elements of the area is very conscious on Weston’s part to further share or create openings for personal growth and awareness.
Q. I loved your Retreat(s) but is every Retreat the same?
A. Thanks for asking! There are many who attend almost every Retreat. They do so because each Retreat is different. While it is true we may meet repetitively in a location several times we make each Retreat different so as to entice you back. Many people come once and then bring other friends, spouses again and again. Welcome back!!
Q. What is a typical schedule of a Retreat?
A. This depends on the location and the theme but count on a full day each day. Sometimes night time activities are also planned as optional gatherings (i.e. Special music, luau’s and even a themed party). If you’re looking to create some personal time we always try to be mindful of creating space. But if you really want more personal time some guests come to Retreat’s early or stay late.
Q. I’ve heard your Retreats some include meals too. Is this true?
A. Sometimes, yes! Please check Weston Jolly's Retreat of interest for exact details.
Q. Are there group exercises?
A. Yes. Every Retreat is filled with many opportunities to get involved. Some exercises are created in two’s others are in other sized groups. Visualization and meditation exercises are also created. Journalizing. And sometimes even yoga! You will find that the Weston Jolly's Retreats are a delightful mix of listening with opportunity for direct participation.
Q. I don’t have a partner can I come alone?
A. Certainly! Most people don’t necessary know someone before attending. However, this usually changes at the very beginning of the Retreat. Come open to meet new family, friends and even social partners.
Q. I have a physical disability can I come to a Retreat?
A. Normally, our Retreats have a portion that is involves some walking, hiking or other moderate exercise. We don’t ever want to discourage anyone coming to a Retreat but if you are concerned please call or email us!
Q. Can I have personal session with Weston at the Retreat?
A. Occasionally. However, Weston is usually quite dedicated to the Retreat. If you do want a personal session make sure you ask in advance---especially if you’re coming early or staying late.
Q. How do I register for a Retreat?

Q. I’ve never done this before what can I expect?
A. Weston will introduce himself and first ask you if you would like your session taped. (a free courtesy included in the session) Then he will ask if there are any topics or questions that you want to cover. (You don’t have to have any questions prepared but many like to). A session with Weston is very direct, informative and concentrated. In private sessions he addresses any topic given your permission to do so.
Q. What is a private session like?
A. All sessions are an hour (i.e. unless you create a longer block of time). Private sessions will go to the place of highest importance providing you with awareness and discovery about you, a situation, people or events surrounding you. Sessions can be as interactive (i.e. you talk back and forth) as you want to create. Weston is very much aware and will use language like “I’m breaking out…” to share when he is speaking personally. Most people find it hard to believe an hour goes by so quickly but then again there is so much information they will say how did it all fit?
Q. Do I need to write down questions for the session?
A. Only if you want, some people really enjoy creating an outline of questions.
Q. Can I have more than one session or appointment?
A. Yes, of course. You can choose to have sessions as regularly as you desire. In fact, online you can create a series of appointments that best fits your plans (i.e. exact time and day).
Q. When can I expect to receive the digital recording of my Session?
A. Usually within 24hrs! However, sometimes due to extensive traveling by Weston Jolly, it can take up to 3 - 5 working days. They are emailed out via the internet to your supplied email address. If you desire, you can have a CD made of the session for an extra fee of $15 including postage and handling.
Q. Are session’s private and can I share openly on any subject I want?
A. Yes, All sessions are strictly confidential. Everything discussed is considered private and confidential even to those intimate to you (i.e. Dad, Mom, Sister, Brother, Spouse, Significant Other, etc...) Unless it is your choice to share any part of the content of the session, via the tape or of your own words, the facilitator will not respond to any outside inquiries.
Q. How do I create an appointment for a session?
A. You can create your on-line appointment with Weston Jolly to choose your actual date and time. At the end of your reservation you will be provided a telephone number used exclusively for your telephone appointment. Or you can call our administrative offices at (480) 874-2481 to create your appointment.
Q. Does Weston offer sessions on the phone?
A. Yes, the vast majority are conducted by telephone as most people find this the most convenient method. Yet, sometimes while traveling he will offer limited in-person sessions.
Q. Do I call him to start my scheduled telephone session?
A. Yes, it is customary for you to call at the time that has been previously established and confirmed.
Q. What telephone number do I call for my scheduled appointment?
A. You will be given one at the time of your appointment confirmation (i.e. either by email or telephone message)
Q. Will I hear more information in the digital recording after the session?
A. Many report that they do. It is true that you will hear everything, even without the digital recording, but it isn't unusual to hear many more levels of understanding after the session and especially through the use of the audio file. Some listen to the audio recording (s) scores of times.
Q. During the session, what can I ask?
A. Anything...
Q. Can I contact anyone I want?
A. Yes, subject to the Spirit/Soul (deceased or otherwise) willing to participate.
Q. Can I make an appointment (and pay) for someone else?
A. Yes, as long as the person who is invited wants and chooses to attend.
Q. Can I bring someone else (a friend, spouse, brother, sister, son, daughter...) with me to the session?
A. Only if you have gained permission from an Administrator of Age of Awareness or Weston Jolly himself prior to the appointment. (this is limited to one other individual)
Q. Can I call you later with questions after the scheduled appointment?
A. Sorry, all questions should be addressed at the time of the appointment and/or another appointment can be scheduled.
Q. Can I refer someone to you?
A. Yes, Thank you! We are always glad to receive your referrals.

PARTICIPANT OR GUARDIAN/PARENT OF PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WESTON JOLLY’S AND / OR AGE OF AWARENESS EVENT (THE COMPANY) OR WORKSHOP, EVENT, RETREAT, SESSION, OR CONSULTATION "THE PROGRAM" THE INDIVIDUAL WESTON JOLLY, THE COMPANY AND/OR ANY ASSOCIATED ASSOCIATES OR STAFF IS NOT AN INSURER OF PARTICIPANT'S BEHAVIOR, ACTIONS OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR PROGRAM, AND THAT THE COMPANY'S EVENT OR PROGRAM HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT OR TO THIRD PERSONS ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR PROGRAM ACTIVITIES. PARTICIPANT HAS ADEQUATE HEALTH INSURANCE TO COVER THE COSTS OF TREATMENT IN THE EVENT OF ANY INJURY.
PARTICIPANT SHALL PAY ANY ATTORNEY OR ARBITRATION FEES OR COSTS INCURRED BY ADMINISTRATORS OF THE COMPANY'S PROGRAM IN ENFORCING THIS AGREEMENT.
IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID BY A COURT OF LAW, THEN IT IS AGREED AND INTENDED THAT ALL THE REMAINDER SHALL, NOTWITHSTANDING, CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. SHOULD THE COMPANY BE HELD RESPONSIBILE, THEN THE COMPANY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO EXACT COST OF "MATERIALS."
PARTICIPANT OR GUARDIAN/PARENT OF PARTICIPANT HAS CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THEIR CONTENT AND IS AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN PARTICIPANT OR GUARDIAN/PARENT OF PARTICIPANT AND THE RELEASEES AND PARTICIPANT ATTENDS OF HIS OR HER OWN FREE WILL.
THESE STATEMENTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRESSION OF WESTON JOLLY OR THE CORPORATION AGE OF AWARENESS. THEREFORE, IT IS SUGGESTED AND ENCOURAGED THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS RE-READ THIS SECTION FOR CHANGES AND UPDATES AS TO BE FULLY AND APPROPRIAPIATELY INFORMED AS IT IS THE PARTICIPANTS TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.
Types of Professional Services
A session can be attended in-person, by telephone, or by e-mail/fax/letter. Seminars and/or group programs are attended in person. All services, regardless of their type, are provided in the same professional and confidential manner.
Questions during a consultation or "session"
We encourage your asking questions, regardless of the type of service you desire, and ask that you be prepared. If your appointment is performed by e-mail/fax/letter then this can be the basis of your session. We suggest that you have as many as eight to ten questions prepared for an hour session. The answers may or may not be directly related to your questions.
Confidentiality of Services
All services provided are done so with the highest professional standard of confidentiality regardless of the type of service requested. Therefore, all sessions are strictly confidential. Everything discussed is considered private and confidential even to those intimate you (i.e. Dad, Mom, Sister, Brother, Spouse, Significant Other, etc...) Unless it is your choice to share any part of the content of the session, via the digital recording or of your own words, the facilitator will not respond to any outside inquiries.
Tape, Video or Digital Recording
There is to be NO recording of any event. For those creating a personal session an audio recording, should it be desired, will be offered, if available, at the time of the appointment. For those private appointments that are recorded, we do not guarantee that the digital recording will be audible, fully intact, usable, or arrive at the client’s address when sent by mail. Each complimentary digital recording will be provided by the Company marked with its services disclosure. We can not be responsible for, nor issue refunds for, defective, damaged, or lost digital recordings.
Payment for Services
Age of Awareness accepts money orders, cash and most credit cards. Credit cards will be processed before the appointment date. Payment for services is required prior to the session appointment therefore it is necessary for cash and/or money orders to be received before the appointment date/time.
Session cost
In person, as is customary, all payments for individual services are paid in-person at the completion of the session. Prices: $195/hr.
Telephone/Email/Faxes/Letters - As is customary, all payments for remote services are paid in full prior to the time of appointment. Prices: $155/hr.
Seminars/Event Cost
As is customary, all payments for such services are paid in full prior to the time of meeting date. Prices to be announced at each seminar or workshop. -- Check out upcoming Events with Weston Jolly .
Refunds/Cancellations & Other
Services
Service is fully completed when: a) A session has gone on for thirty minutes or b) the Age of Awareness associate asks there is any further questions, and the client indicates "No," even if the full time has not yet elapsed. Full-refunds are available for sessions if and only if: a) Age of Awareness cancels or changes the appointment or b) The Age of Awareness’s associate cannot perform the service or c) The Age of Awareness’s associate refuses to complete the service. The Age of Awareness associate has the right to terminate such services at individual discretion. Cancellation of an appointment is requested at least 24hrs before the appointment time. If repetitive cancellations occur by the participant Age of Awareness, at its sole discretion, may charge for the missed appointment up to 50% of the scheduled fee.
Seminars
Seminars less than $100
You will receive a confirmation in the mail, e-mail or by whatever reasonable means if your registration is received 10 days prior to the seminar. For exact locations please see our Events.
Refund policy Refunds must be requested in writing no later than 10 days prior to the seminar. A $25 processing fee or 25% will be deducted.
Seminars greater than $100
You will receive a confirmation in the mail, e-mail or by whatever reasonable means if your registration is received 10 days prior to the seminar. For exact locations and deposit amounts please see our Events. You will be required to send a nonrefundable deposit, to be determined from event to event, to reserve your place - full payment is due 14 days prior to the Event Presentation date.
Refund policy. Refunds must be requested in writing no later than 20 days prior to the seminar. The nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded.
Event Cancellation -as totally (100%) sponsored by The Company
In the unforeseen event that a cancellation of a Program (i.e Workshop, Event or Retreat) is required and determined exclusively by administrators the Company, at their sole discretion for reasons of but not limited to; weather, health, safety, events out of their control, or not enough guests showing interest or registering, etc…, then individual participants of the intended event will be totally responsible for any and all of their own direct or unrecoverable costs. Including but not limited; Customer travel costs, time, etc... Naturally, full refunds, limited again only to the registration fee, will be extended by the Company for any cancelled event. Therefore, it is always recommended that participants consider using travel insurance as a means to reduce or limit any risk in making reservations or traveling to an Event, Workshop or Retreat. Such refunds are normally processed within 15 working days after program cancellation. Programs not sponsered in entirity (100%) by The Company, Customers will then need to contact customer service of the Company's Program Sponsor.

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return
* Any book in its original condition
* Any unopened music CD, DVD or Software
* And any other merchandise in "new" condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a full refund excluding shipping and handling costs. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from the Company and or its Web-Site(s) i.e. WestonJolly.com or AgeofAwareness.com.
