Weston Jolly’s Hawaiian Retreat is one of the most cherished events for the year. In Weston’s own words “Hawaii is where it all started for me. For the very first time I became aware of my gifts that were dormant for so long. It was here that my journalizing took voice and I could actually hear spirit.
We had visited Hawaii several times before but this particular vacation was different. Naturally, I wanted to share my experiences and our Hawaiian Retreat was created to offer this same door of opportunity for all those who attend. Creating awareness and self empowerment through discovery of the Divine self is everywhere but our Hawaiian Retreat is a strong catalyst to reclaim these gifts. The miraculous nature of remembering the soul is why I feel so passionate about sharing these experiences of enlightenment.”

Retreat Details
All registered guests will be provided a confirmation email. The exact itinerary is subject to change.
Day 1: 8pm –Weston Jolly’s Hawaiian Retreat (Optional)
Day 2: 9am – 2pm (Breakfast and Lunch is provided)
Day 3: 9am – 2pm (Breakfast and Lunch is provided)
Day 4: 9am – 2pm (Breakfast and Lunch is provided)
Day 5: 9am – 2pm (Breakfast and Lunch is provided)
Each day will be a mix of speaking, exercises, and excursions. Some days will be longer some shorter. All activities during the itinerary of the retreat will not require additional costs (i.e. professional guides, entertainment, admission costs to a state park, caravan parking costs, etc…) However, optional activities might be offered in addition to the Hawaiian Retreat, such costs are in addition to the above, that guests may or may not wish to participate. (i.e. Guests wanting to snorkel, attend a dinner luau, boating trip, etc…) The itinerary will be full with some allocated free time.

Some excursions consist of driving (car caravan) and/or walking to a designated site. Almost all walking is an easy flat hike. There might be one portion of the experience in which invited guests will walk a moderate but short incline. Lunches are provided for both days as a part of Weston Jolly's Hawaii Retreat unfortunately no discounts can be extended for those not partaking of either or both lunches. United couples are considered married or partnered couples. |

This retreat does not require any special physical conditioning. If you have trouble walking or need aided assistance, some of the activities may be constraining. If you’re unsure, please feel free to contact us. |

Cancellations prior to 30 days of the retreat guests will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of Hawaii Retreat will be subject to cancellation fee up to ½ of admission. |

| There is much to do and see for family members or guests who want to enjoy additional activities not directly sponsored by the Hawaiian Retreat hosts. This includes; golfing, fishing, scenic trips via airplane, hiking, shopping and more. Some people are interested in sharing housing accommodations. If you are looking for a housing roommate say so in the comments section of your online registration form and with your permission we will share your request with other guests looking for a roommate. |

Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest Rules and Eligibility
ELIGIBILITY. Anyone who is U.S. Citizen and an individual 18 years or older at time entry. Time of entry begins August 1, 2010. Only one (1) individual may be identified as a contestant. Contestant must be able to provide a valid Driver’s License to confirm valid Identification to claim Contest prize. Therefore, all contestants must enter the Contest using the matching name on their Driver’s License. Any contestant that participates under false name(s) or more than one email account or uses any false Identification will automatically be disqualified. Any contestant providing false, doctored, forged or non-original screen shots with entry will automatically be disqualified. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Weston Jolly Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest (the "Contest") is for anyone registering for Weston Jolly’s Free Newsletter. Contestants entering the Contest with a valid email address will receive automaticconfirmation by return email. This is the only confirmation that will be provided. All winning notifications will be posted ONLY at http://www.WestonJolly.com Questions should be directed ONLY to the "Administrator," at the address listed below writing to any other email address will NOT be answered. By entering the Contest, the contestant acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Contest 's rules and regulations including any amendments that may be offered by Administrator as stated below. The following individuals and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest: (a) Board members and executive management staff of Worldwide Communications Inc, or Age of Awareness; (b) Executive Director of the Contest. The above list of exclusions (items a, b) also applies to immediate family members residing in the same household.
ENTRY. Contestant will submit entry into the Contest by the following; a) All contestants will register for Weston Jolly’s free newsletter (click here) and/or purchase ONLY audio program(s) from Weston Jolly’s web-site b) All contestants will view Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Video ONLY at this URL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHbO1eYwwx0 and look at YouTube view count. (Lower right corner of video.) Any view count ending with 0 (Zero) will be eligible for drawing. c) Contestant will immediately capture a THE ENTIRE screen image or picture proving they were watching the video and with view count ending with zero. Contestant will then send Administrator an email subject line: “Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest” ONLY from the contestant’s email account used to register for Weston Jolly’s Free Newsletter, with the attached screen capture picture. Every email received with proof of view ending with zero is eligible to be drawn as a winner. For example, Adam Archer registers for Weston Jolly’s Free Newsletter. Then Adam goes to YouTube and watches the Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat Video. In doing so, Adam notices the view count to end in zero. Adam takes a picture of his computer screen and then sends an email with subject line “Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest” to Administrator with attached picture of full-screen shot. (The example of the screen shot below is NOT A FULL SCREEN so as to highlight the area of the view count. All contestants must submit full-screen images.)
DRAWINGS. Only one drawing will be conducted. Any entries, an email send to the Administrator with attached screen shot of YouTube views, received after the Contest date will be automatically considered null and void. The Final Draw deadline will not be adjusted in any event as described in the following paragraph. The Final Draw date is October 1, 2010 12am Midnight. In the Contest, there is no possibility of a tie. All draws will be under the supervision of the Administrator. All time references to noon and midnight are Mountain Standard Time.
PRIZES. One prize will be awarded. The approximate retail value of all combined prizes can be up to $1,195.00 No prizes will be awarded unless there are at least 10,000 YouTube Views. No prizes can be exchanged for cash value. No transfer or sales of Contest prize is allowed. Winning contestant will receive admission opportunity to attend the retreat for $600 (50% off pre-registered prices). Or if winning Contestant has already paid in-full (100%) for admission to Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat a 50% refund of their already paid Hawaii Retreat admission will be offered. In addition, Contest winner will be awarded prize by Contest Administer purchasing up to the total amount of $600.00 (Six hundred dollars) worth of airline tickets to fly to Hawaii exclusively for attending Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. The winner will ONLY be notified and posted by the Administrator on the web-site http://www.WestonJolly.com to claim the prize. The Contest winner must claim their prize by October 4, 2010 12pm (Noon) by notifying Administrator. If the Contest Winner does not claim the prize then another Last Chance Drawing will take place at October 4, 2010 12pm (Noon) by Administrator. The Last Chance winner will have exactly 24hours to claim prize. If no winners claim prize then there will be no prize awarded. The Administrator, will physically award the prize by purchasing airlines tickets for up to said amount and also dispense admission ticket to the name listed on the entry. For tax purposes, the Contest winner is entirely responsible for any and all individual tax consequences. All individuals or Contestants participating in Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest, by their registration and participation hold the individual Weston Jolly, Worldwide Communications Inc. dba Age of Awareness (“The Company) and the Contest Administrator harmless free of all liabilities and or disputes including but not limited to lawsuit or arbitration resolving disputes which may arise from any conflict between Contestant and Company.
PRIVACY. By entering the Contest, contestants agree that their information provided in connection with the Contest entry may be used for communications promoting the Contest and future Contests sponsored by or conducted for the benefit of Weston Jolly. All contestant entries are considered "opt-in" of the receipt of such communications by following the directions in any e-mail, other communication or by contacting the Administrator (contact information below). NO PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED, SOLD OR TRANSFERRED PERIOD.
REQUIREMENTS. The winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Release"). The Affidavit/Release must be returned by the deadline stated in such documents. If the potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize or a cash equivalent will revert to Worldwide Communications, Inc. dba Age of Awareness.
WAIVER / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize) release Weston Jolly, Worldwide Communications, Inc. dba Age of Awareness, the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use and distribution of the prize(s) awarded.
INTERNET. The Contest will pursue all available remedies against any individual(s) damaging or attempting to damage Weston Jolly’s website or attempting to undermine the lawful operation of the Contest.
ADMINISTRATOR. Administrator of WJ-HR-YT-Contest, 8485 E. McDonald Dr. #234 Scottsdale, AZ 85250 email westonjollyshawaiiretreat@gmail.com. All correspondence must be titled either; a) All entries will have the subject line; “Weston Jolly’s Hawaii Retreat YouTube Contest” b) All questions will be titled; “QUESTION.” Administrator maintains and reserves the right to make unilateral changes or amendments of the rules to maintain the integrity or the spirit of the Contest in writing on the web-site on/or before end of contest should clarification(s) need to be addressed.
TAXES AND IRS RULES. All winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prizes. |
