| Airline and Rental Car Reservations |

| Everyone is encouraged to make airline and car rental accommodations. While Sedona (and Flagstaff Airport -25 miles to the North) does support a small airport, most guests will fly into Phoenix and rent a car and drive from Phoenix International Airport. (There is a shuttle service available too) Please allow a 2+hr drive from the Phoenix airport - - - the last 20 minutes are a scenic tour in itself - - - so if you're stopping along the way for pictures double your time to 40 minutes. Maps from Phoenix to Sedona can be acquired from the car rental agency. As you come into Sedona the meeting place is very easy to find. All travel, lodging, and meals (except catered lunches) are the responsibility of the individual guests. There are many fine places to eat from casual to fine dining all very close. We can provide you dining suggestions at the beginning of the conference. |

| Anyone driving from Los Angeles, CA can expect a non-stop drive of 6.5 hrs point-to-point (without any large or "wild" traffic jams) from downtown LA. |

| There is much to do and see for family members or guests who want to enjoy additional activities not directly sponsored by the Sedona Retreat hosts. This includes; golfing, fishing, scenic trips via airplane, hiking, shopping and more. Some people are interested in sharing housing accommodations. If you are looking for a housing roommate say so in the comments section of your online registration form and with your permission we will share your request with other guests looking for a roommate. |
